These terms govern your use of the Zeq framework, its APIs, and its network of nodes operated by HULYAS. By using the service you agree to them.

Zeq is a physics virtual machine: you spin up a state machine and run computation and state contracts against it. ZEQ envelopes and ZEQ coins are proofs of computation and bearer representations of already-issued value on your own machine's chain — they are not cash, currency, securities, or any financial instrument, and nothing in the service is investment or financial advice.

You are responsible for safeguarding the keys to your machine — your equation, your .ZEQ recovery file and your recovery password. There is no password reset by design. Activity conducted with your keys is your responsibility. Tell us promptly at info@hulyas.org if you suspect compromise.

The framework's underlying mathematics is published openly under CC BY 4.0 (see the papers on Zenodo) and the code under the 1.287HZ Public License (see LICENSE). Content and machines you create remain yours; these terms grant us only what is necessary to operate the service.

Demo keys and free-tier access are provided as-is and are rate-limited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Scientific and engineering outputs are provided for research and computation and are not certified for safety-critical use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HULYAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The governing law and venue will be specified here on finalisation.
